Jeremy Eder

President

Jeremy has 20+ years of law enforcement experience and holds a Master Peace Officer License. He is a certified Police Instructor, Train the Trainer Field Training Officer and Special Weapons and Tactics Certified. Jeremy is also a Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist, member of the Texas Narcotics Officers Association, and frequent instructor at the Wharton County Junior College Police Academy. Jeremy is the Founder and President of Blue4Hire and is involved in all aspects of the business, with primary focus on business development.

Zach Eder

VP of Operations

Zach earned a bachelor’s degree from SHSU in Construction Management. He is a management representative for a General Contractor in the commercial construction industry. With 10+ years’ experience, he is a logistics and efficiency expert. He holds two OSHA certifications and is bilingual in Spanish. As a Project Superintendent, he schedules and oversees all trades, taking projects from start to finish. Zach’s primary functions with Blue4Hire are officer recruitment and scheduling.

Caitlin Cabral

VP of Marketing & Finance

Caitlin is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, having 11+ years’ experience in business and entrepreneurship. She holds a degree from Texas A&M University, specializing in Entrepreneurial Leadership, and has worked in tax accounting, oil & gas accounting, project management, and IT. Caitlin has previously started her own Houston-based business, while her later work involved leading corporate teams. Caitlin’s responsibilities with Blue4Hire include accounting/finance as well as marketing and social media management.
