Are there any sign-up fees for the officer?

No. Signing up with Blue4Hire is completely free, including our scheduling app.

How soon do I get paid after working a job, and what is the method of payment?

Most jobs are paid 1-3 weeks after the work has been performed. Blue4Hire utilizes Zelle as its preferred means of payment.

How are work shifts assigned?

As soon as a job is available, it is published and assigned to the first officer to "Take the Shift" using our shared mobile phone app.

What geographical areas do you cover?

Blue4Hire covers the entire State of Texas, including urban, rural, and suburban communities.

Do I have to be NHI certified?

No. You do not need to be NHI certified to sign up with us. However, in order to work most traffic control assignments, officers are required to have the (FREE) NHI certification.
